Cullimore Cottages Update!

Sanitary sewer and stormwater infrastructure work has started on the Cullimore Cottages. The stormwater feature will be a significant upgrade to the site and surrounding areas. The site will include 10 new energy efficient and affordable homes.

The project was named after Dan Cullimore, a long time North Central Columbia Neighborhood Association member/leader and a founding member of the CCLT Board. Dan spent many hours advocating for affordable housing, safer neighborhoods, improved infrastructure and a more equitable community. His tireless work alongside many other NCCNA members helped make this project a reality. The Cullimore name will soon be forever affixed to a major infrastructure upgrade and affordable housing development to serve many generations to come. Look for the homes to be coming up in late summer!

3rd Avenue Update!

The CCLT and its newest homeowner closed on 19 Third Avenue on March 20th. Congratulations to our newest homeowner! The CCLT now has 10 owner-occupied homes.

Thank you to CCLT Board Secretary, Susan for representing the CCLT at a very unique closing that incorporated social distancing and Housing Programs Staff Randy, available via phone. The closing went well with all involved, including True Line Title and Providence Bank.

There is currently one CCLT home built by Job Point that is still listed. Check out the link below!
