Here is last weeks Home Buyer Education Class! These FREE classes are held once a month at City Hall and include tips and helpful advice on lending practices, working with real estate agents and credit scores! This class is great for anyone interested in purchasing a home, and a requirement for the purchase of a CCLT home and the City’s Down Payment Assistance Program.
