The CCLT board consists of nine members who are appointed by the City Council. It consists of 1/3 community and business leaders, 1/3 neighborhood representatives residing within the current CDBG eligible area, and 1/3 occupants of CCLT homes.
City staff performs the administrative duties for the Trust.
