The Cullimore Cottages are sold or under contract! The CCLT is partnered with Hansman Custom Homes, Job Point, and Central Missouri Action for the construction of 10 affordable homes. Buyers must be income eligible to purchase a CCLT home. The remaining 2 homes do not yet have a timeline for construction to begin.

- The homes built by Job Point, Central Missouri Community Action and Hansman Custom Homes in partnership with the Columbia Community Land Trust are protected by the trust, meaning these homes will always be affordable and maintained for future generations.
