Vacancy Notice
The Columbia Community Land Trust Organization Board has 1 vacancy with a term to expire December 1, 2023. The applicant must be an occupant of a Community Land Trust home. The Board is organized to preserve the long-term affordability of housing units created through public subsidies. Monthly meetings generally occur on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
The deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023. Applicants can either complete or submit the online application found at this link https://www.como.gov/CMS/board_or_commission_application.php or submit an application through the City Clerk’s office at the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 701 E.
